What can be more precious than spending time with your children?  As you register your children for softball this year, please consider helping out with their team.  Don't know how to coach?  Learn to Play comes with a set of coaching manuals and the games plans all prepared for you.  For Squirt age and older, registrations are now being offered for coaching certification.  Follow this link http://www.rmgsl.ca/Clinics.aspx?id=0&tbl=4. 
Dave Pearce, known internationally as a player, coach and mentor has prepared coaching manuals to help you teach skills.  These are available online at http://www.rmgsl.ca/Coaches.aspx.
Other ways to help out:  team manager, bench mom, scorekeeping, helping out at practices, assisting with tournaments, board positions....etc....the rewards are endless!
